However, it didn't end there.  Schiraldi accomplished the essential duties that guided Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management through a period of change.  He was assigned the duty of managing 900 employees and €750 billion in assets under management as the Global Head of Sales.  Schiraldi's second leadership job was as Chairman for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, where he oversaw 950 workers in 21 nations.
